Welcome to Kaching ("the Service"), an information aggregator operated as an independent affiliate publisher. By using the Service you agree to the following terms.
1. Information only — no wagering
Kaching does not accept bets, hold funds, or operate any gambling product. We surface publicly available bonus offers from third-party operators and route users through affiliate links. All gambling is conducted on the operator's own platform under that operator's terms and license.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (21+ in jurisdictions including the United States and Japan).
- You must reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted.
- You confirm you are not on any self-exclusion register (e.g. GAMSTOP, OASIS).
3. Affiliate disclosure
Kaching earns commission when you sign up or deposit at operators we list.
This does not change the price you pay, nor does it influence our published EV
verdict — we mark traps RED even when they pay us. Where commission was
received, links are tagged #ad.
4. No guarantees
- EV calculations are estimates based on published bonus terms and average RTP. Real results vary.
- Bonus availability, amounts, and terms can change without notice — always re-read the operator's T&C before claiming.
- We do not guarantee profit, accuracy, or operator solvency.
5. Responsible use
Gambling can be addictive. Please use the resources at our Responsible Gambling page if you need support.
6. Account, data, and termination
We may suspend or delete your account if we detect fraud (e.g. fake referrals, duplicate accounts, chargeback abuse). Data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Kaching is not liable for losses incurred at third-party operators, missed bonuses, downtime, or any indirect damages.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the bot. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
